BORCH & CO. International Warranty
Handmade products are not perfect, but they truly are special. BORCH & CO. products are personally made with obsessive attention to detail by our passionate artists. Every single bracelet comes with a warranty card, Your BORCH & CO. bracelet is warranted by us for a period of 180 days (6 months). The international BORCH & CO. warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased BORCH & CO. bracelet itself. During the warranty period, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are unable to restore the normal conditions of use of your BORCH & CO. bracelet, we guarantee its replacement by a BORCH & CO. bracelet of identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement bracelet ends 180 days (6 months) after the date of purchase of the replaced bracelet.
This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
- Aesthetic changes that occur during aging and use, such as scratched metal, a worn-out leather and cord etc.
- Any damage on any part of the bracelet resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken metal, etc.) and incorrect use of the bracelet.
- Failure or damage caused by an unauthorized person or representative.
- Any consequential or indirect damage resulting from the use, failure to operate, defects, or lack of precision of the BORCH & CO. bracelet.
- Failure or damage caused by water, fire, or weather. (All BORCH & CO. leather bracelets have a water-splash resistance. Do not wear BORCH & CO. bracelets while swimming in a pool, snorkeling, scuba diving, or participating in any other activities that result in full submersion of the bracelet for extended periods.)

180 Days Full Coverage Guarantee
The 180 Days Full Coverage Guarantee entails free repair or replacement of all damages beyond the guarantee standard. Water damage, accidents and aesthetic changes are not covered by BORCH & CO. warranty.
